A local Architecture firm that specializes in innovative and sustainable industrial projects is looking for their next Sr Project Architect/Manager. We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Senior Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex industrial projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all architectural solutions meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative architectural solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
  • Prepare and present detailed architectural plans, drawings, and reports.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate all aspects of the project.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on industrial projects.
  • Valid architectural license.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
