As a Busser at MIKA, you are essential in maintaining the rhythm of service and supporting a world-class dining experience. You will work side by side with servers and management to ensure the dining room is pristine, tables are reset efficiently, and guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrive.
Clear, reset, and re-stage tables swiftly and with attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, service stations, and glassware.
Refill water glasses and assist with bread or other support during service.
Anticipate guest needs and communicate with the service team to ensure a smooth flow.
Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts.
Handle glassware, silverware, and service equipment with care and professionalism.
Maintain sanitation standards and follow health department regulations.
Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant preferred.
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.
