Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct line meetings, promote succession development, encourage team building, and oversee employee training
• Participate in operational meetings, evaluate departmental performance, manage scheduling and crewing, and develop strategies to maximize productivity and quality
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and implement strategies for efficiency
• SQF checks, monitor cleanliness, ensure minimal product contamination, conduct equipment training, and enforce safety practices
• Conduct accident investigations, hold monthly safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED a plus
• At-least 3 years of demonstrated supervisory experience in the Fabrication industry
• Understanding of the operations involved in the Fabrication (FAB) process.
• Open for extensive traveling
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
