Ready to shape the future of skincare in the U.S. market?

This is a rare opportunity to lead disruptive innovation in the beauty and dermatology space—combining the energy of a startup with the stability and backing of a globally established brand. With a recent launch in a major beauty retailer and aggressive plans for growth, the company is expanding its U.S. footprint and looking for a high-impact Brand Manager to help accelerate that momentum.

About the Company

Founded in Spain over 50 years ago, the company is a global leader in dermatology-based skincare, known for blending pharmaceutical science with luxury-quality products. Its portfolio includes category-leading brands sold across Europe and Latin America, with particular strength in Spain and Mexico.

The U.S. business, launched 8 years ago and originally focused on physician-dispensed channels, is now transitioning into direct-to-consumer and retail—selling through its own .com, Amazon, and most recently, a national beauty retailer. With strong international R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams, the company is uniquely positioned to scale quickly and disrupt the U.S. market.

About the Role

The Brand Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing, U.S., and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the brand’s growth strategy in the American market. This position oversees end-to-end brand management—including product innovation, launch planning, marketing execution, and performance analysis—with a strong focus on consumer-centricity and digital-first execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle brand management—from consumer research to product development, testing, launch, and marketing
  • Lead U.S. innovation strategy, including product pipeline planning and go-to-market execution
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, legal, and digital) to bring products to market
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy
  • Drive performance across multiple channels including DTC, Amazon, and national retail
  • Create content briefs and collaborate with digital teams to deliver high-impact marketing assets

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5–7 years of brand management experience in the U.S. skincare, beauty, or pharma industry
  • Track record of success in disruptive or high-growth brands (e.g., Drunk Elephant, Tula, Dermalogica, No7, e.l.f.)
  • Strong innovation skills, including consumer research, product pipeline management, and launch execution
  • Experience with DTC marketing and social media strategy
  • Highly analytical and strategic, with a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Disruptive Growth: The U.S. business is in hyper-growth mode, with national retail expansion just launched
  • Entrepreneurial Impact: A startup-like environment backed by an international organization with deep resources
  • Career Trajectory: This role is designed to evolve into a broader leadership position with full P&L ownership
  • Innovation-Driven Culture: Direct access to global R&D, regulatory, and scientific support teams
  • Visibility: High-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership across U.S. and global teams

Interview Process:

  1. 30-minute virtual interview with HR
  2. Interview with Head of Marketing, U.S.
  3. Interview with Country Manager
  4. Final round with global marketing leaders

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately. This is a unique chance to make a mark in one of the most dynamic categories in the beauty industry.
