Job Title: Executive Assistant

Overview

We are a fast-growing real estate and investment startup looking for a sharp, highly reliable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment, takes ownership, and can keep executives focused by handling details, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations. You’ll act as an extension of leadership and help bring structure to a dynamic, evolving business.

What You’ll Do

• Own executive calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Handle general administrative and operational support across the business
• Manage document preparation, turnaround, and organization (real estate and legal materials)
• Track action items and proactively follow up with internal and external partners
• Support investor, legal, and development-related coordination as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior admin experience
• Background in real estate, finance, investment, development, or a legal office strongly preferred
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for strong follow-through
• Professional, discreet, and confident working directly with senior leadership
