Summary

In the role of Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will assist with receiving, processing, and organizing stock, preparing orders for customers, and maintaining inventory. This role requires physical strength, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Prior experience is not a prerequisite, as we provide thorough on-the-job training.

Duties

• Properly loading and unloading shipments
• Maintaining a neat and organized warehouse
• Preparing customer furnish-only orders for pick-up and delivery
• Preparing orders for outgoing installation and maintenance
• Maintaining inventory tracking
• Warehouse stocking
• Communicating with team members to meet our customer’s expectations
• Maintaining safe, secure and healthy work environment
• Occasionally assisting technicians with various job functions
• Operating a forklift on a regular basis

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Must have an acceptable MVR to be added to our auto insurance policy.
• Must have dependable, reliable transportation to and from your base office location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction, hand tools, and/or electrical
• Previous forklift experience or certification
• Mechanical Inclination

Work Conditions

• Partially climate-controlled warehouse setting, with potential of working in all weather conditions.
