Position: UX Designer
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Duration: Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios to enhance user experience and improve efficiency metrics.
  • Ensure designs meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Communicate and present complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with peer developers to translate requirements and functional designs into technical designs.
  • Develop automated test plans and scripts to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively seek solutions, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks from initiation to resolution.
  • Work outside of regular business hours as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience creating wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios.
  • 5+ years of experience ensuring designs meet brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • 5+ years of experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge and understanding of UI (User Interface) and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment is a plus.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
