Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Pay Range: $33 – $48/hour
Job Summary:
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the general supervision of a Radiologist or licensed provider. This role supports both ambulatory and inpatient settings, delivering high-quality imaging for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with established protocols and clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process
• Ensure proper documentation and image labeling
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret findings
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: Entry-level; less than 1 year of experience required
• Certification:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Must hold at least one of the following sonography credentials:

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT):
• Breast Sonography (ARRT-BS)
• General Sonography (ARRT-S)
American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS):
• Abdomen (RDMS-AB)
• Breast (RDMS-BR)
• OB/GYN (RDMS-OB)
• Musculoskeletal Sonography (MSK)
• Vascular Technology (RVT)
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI):
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
