Job Description

Technical functional Product Owner candidates with the following skills -

• Good exposure to database & queries and experience working on report creations
• Experience in gathering reporting specific business needs and translating them into US with detailed acceptance criteria for the team to work on
• Exposure and good understanding of end-to-end Twilio IVR and Insights reporting will be a bonus
• Good communication skills with experience handling extremely challenging & demanding stakeholders
• Task ownership and ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal or no help from others
