📌 Job Title : Supply Chain Business Analyst – SAP ERP (Contract)

Pay Range : $107–$111/hr (W2)

🔍 About the Role:

BCForward is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst to support ERP systems and operations for Cell Therapy External Manufacturing at a leading global pharmaceutical company, This is a contract position with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation , business process documentation, and hands-on support across supply chain operations.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for SAP ERP enhancements and projects
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and QA)
• Manage SAP Master Data related to materials, vendors, and supply planning
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA rollouts (Greenfield implementation)
• Focus on ICO Planning & Procurement , Logistics Execution , and Invoice Processing
• Handle subcontracting , 3PL integration , STOs , and intercompany processes

🎯 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Science , Engineering , or Supply Chain
• 5+ years of SAP ERP experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Knowledge of cGMP , clinical/commercial supply chain , and master data
• Familiar with HP ALM for test case planning
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Background in cell therapy or external manufacturing operations
• Experience with Greenfield SAP implementations
• Understanding of vendor invoice processing , 3PL logistics , and UAT scripting

📅 Assignment Details:

• Location : 556 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ
• Schedule : Hybrid – ~50% onsite (flexible for more as needed)
• Duration : Long-term contract
• Pay Rate : $107–$111/hr (W2 only)
