Now, we’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN to help drive smart decisions and keep our merchandising engine running efficiently.

What You'll Do

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Translate demand forecasts into executable purchasing plans for assigned products and categories.
  • Conduct monthly forecast reviews as part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, and promotional impact to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor forecast performance, identify key variances, and implement corrective actions in partnership with internal teams.
  • Maintain and optimize forecast models within planning systems.

Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Manage daily procurement of raw materials, components, and packaging to support production schedules and ensure product availability.
  • Create and manage manufacturing work orders for sourced products (especially decorated items) to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely launches/restocks.
  • Track and expedite purchase orders while following up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Order and maintain adequate stock levels of facility supplies and indirect materials.
  • Resolve supplier issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns, and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, receipts, and inventory transactions in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred).

Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, merchandising, and creative teams to align purchases with real-time operational needs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support cost-saving or process improvement initiatives.
  • Support new product launches, restocks, and product phase-outs with appropriate demand modeling and purchasing plans.
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Product Specialists to ensure forecasting aligns with promotions and product drops.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reporting on:
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Inventory turnover and days on hand
  • Service level and fulfillment rates

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of supply chain, demand planning, or procurement experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing business (apparel or DTC ecommerce experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
  • Comfortable juggling competing priorities while staying highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment
