Requirements
Certification:
Required: CRCST (HSPA) — no other national certifications accepted
Preferred: CER, CIS, CHL (but CRCST is mandatory)
Experience:
5 years of Sterile Processing experience
2 completed travel assignments (minimum 13 weeks each)
1 year experience in a Level 1 academic medical center with 20+ ORs
Must have service line experience (must be noted in work history)

Equipment Familiarity:
Olympus scopes and washers
Loaner trays
DaVinci Robot Xi (rated as experienced)
Processing Times:
Minor set: <7 minutes
Dental set: <4 minutes
Ortho tray: ~15 minutes
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
