The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Operations Manager (or Staffing Operations Manager / Branch Manager) to join our team in Wichita, KS. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience running every side of staffing operations — from leading teams and managing compliance to building client relationships and driving growth. You’ll serve as the right hand to the CEO, with the trust and autonomy to make decisions that directly impact our company’s success. The ideal candidate balances strong attention to detail with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture, following through on commitments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent escalation, and guiding the team in the moment.

• Lead and optimize daily staffing operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strengthen client relationships and develop strategies that expand our business reach
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent escalation, maintaining accuracy and accountability
• Ensure a top-tier experience for both clients and associates by solving challenges early and effectively
• Manage compliance, budgets, and workforce allocation with precision and follow-through
• Partner with the CEO to make key decisions and drive long-term growth

Skills & Experience We Value

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, preferably in staffing, recruiting operations, or a high-pressure service environment
• Proven ability to build and lead teams, fostering accountability while supporting their growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels — from associates to executives
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing situations
• Track record of spotting inefficiencies, closing loops, and preventing repeat issues
• Growth-oriented with the ambition to play a key role in building a company’s future (talent acquisition leadership experience highly valued)
• Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required — fast-paced operations background is highly valuable
