Executive Assistant to the CEO

(A blend of right hand to CEO & COO type duties)

We are launching a new brand named STRAWBERRY PARIS - bohemian, romantic, and much more luxurious than our current brand Scandal Italy. Therefore, the CEO is looking for someone to held build, manage, strategize, and most importantly EXECUTE. This is a get things done - result focused role. With huge amount of growth.

This isn’t your average assistant role—it’s a high-octane opportunity to work side-by-side with our visionary CEO, driving the future of Scandal Italy. As the CEO’s right-hand, you’ll be a strategic partner, a problem-solver, and a catalyst for growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, CA, is for someone ready to take charge, make an impact, and grow with a brand that’s breaking boundaries.

What You’ll Do:

• Power Our Growth : Dive into complex B2B sales, pitching our iconic designs to top clothing stores and retailers, and building partnerships that amplify our brand.
• Shape Global Production : Coordinate and streamline overseas manufacturing, ensuring our bold designs come to life with precision and quality.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Manage daily operations while crafting innovative, multi-layered strategies to elevate efficiency and performance.
• Lead & Inspire : Support the training and development of our talented team, boosting KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a Visionary : Step into the CEO’s shoes as a proactive mini-CEO, anticipating challenges, solving complex issues in real-time, and executing forward-thinking strategies.
• Master the Details : Handle critical administrative tasks like reviewing credit card statements, bank accounts, and financial analytics, keeping everything organized in Google Sheets & Drive.
• Amplify Our Brand : Lead marketing initiatives, from influencer collaborations and social media strategies to scouting photoshoot locations and models, and managing campaigns on platforms like Mailchimp.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in executive administrative support, with a knack for strategic partnership.
• Expertise in managing expense reports and coordinating Google Docs with flawless precision.
• Bonus (but not required): Experience in apparel manufacturing coordination to help bring our designs to life.
• Stellar organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask like a pro.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to represent our brand with confidence.
• A high level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring trust at every level.
• Fashion industry experience? That’s a plus, but your passion and drive matter most!
