Job Description

The legendary Lundy Bros. in Red Hook Brooklyn is looking for strong Servers and Bartenders to enhance our growing service team. 

We are looking for friendly, dedicated service professionals with strong attention to detail that are able to take initiative with the goal of elevating the guest experience. If you provide warm and attentive service, are an excellent problem solver, are known for excellent communication and know that there is more to service than taking an order and dropping off food, then this is the role for you.

Position Requirements:

• Arrive on time and prepare assigned stations.
• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests
• Communicate clearly and work effectively in English with management, support staff and BOH team members to support smooth service operations. Ability to communicate in other languages a plus.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns and escalate to senior staff or manager when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas, and front-of-house areas throughout the shift.
• Possess an up-to-date knowledge of menus, food preparation, allergens, beverages, and service standards.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
