Role/Responsibilities

• Highly skilled manufacturing or industrial engineers with 12+ years of experience
• Experienced with process development and done manufacturing site audits
• Executed cost and quality improvement projects, yield and throughput improvements etc.,
• Conducted studies to characterize new manufacturing process.
• Assess manufacturing sites and come up with process improvements plan and associates cost.
• Developed manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis
• New product innovation and supply chain
• Manufacturing line/site transfer and process change
• Six sigma – certification will be added advantage.
• Manufacturing Data gathering and perform statistical analysis(Minitab)
• Manufacturing Procedure Documents
• Reviewing technical work instructions, drawings, and good documentation practices.
• Client PLM knowledge (Map Agile Follow-up)
• Medical Device exposure

Minimum Requirements

• BS / MS in relevant field

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $37.01 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $56.73 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
