Duration: 06 Months --Contract--Possible extension

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support design, development, and testing activities related to prototype printed circuit boards (PCBs), fixtures, and tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, hands-on experience with prototype development, and familiarity with FDA-regulated product environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, layout, and construct a variety of prototype tools, fixtures, and printed circuit boards for product development.
• Conduct feasibility studies, functional evaluations, tests, and analyses to validate designs.
• Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation on breadboards, hybrids, and electrical assemblies.
• Execute measurements and testing as defined in design verification plans; document and report findings through detailed engineering test reports.
• Prepare and maintain documentation , including specifications, schematics, and mechanical layouts, to support document control and tool release.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations , company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain strong and collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams , vendors, and customers in a matrixed, global organization.
• Support management decision-making through the delivery of accurate engineering data and report

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Demonstrated experience in PCB design, layout, construction, and evaluation .
• Proven ability to develop new design features and integrate them into existing systems.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and medical device manufacturing processes.
• Advanced computer skills , including proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and engineering applications.
• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills , with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international) .
