About the Opportunity
We are a high-growth master franchise in the commercial cleaning industry, supporting multiple franchise owners across a large regional territory. Our organization is fast-paced, performance-driven, and relationship-focused. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand to ownership and regional leadership. This is not an entry-level role. This position is for someone who thrives on responsibility, discretion, structure, and execution—and who takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
· Serve as primary administrative support for ownership and senior leadership
· Manage calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and confidential communications
· Prepare agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups, and action tracking
Operations & Franchise Support
· Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and communication for franchisees
· Maintain organized systems for contracts, compliance records, vendor files, and internal documentation
· Support franchise operations, sales administration, and customer service workflows
· Lead marketing efforts to secure qualified cleaning accounts
· Assist with accounting and financial tasks
Communication & Coordination
· Create polished emails, internal updates, reports, and presentations
· Ensure consistent follow-through on deadlines and commitments
Process Improvement
· Identify inefficiencies and help design better administrative systems
· Maintain clean, accurate records across CRM, accounting, and internal platforms
· Bring order, clarity, and structure to a growing organization

Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
· 5+ years as a senior administrative assistant, executive assistant, or operations coordinator
· Proven experience supporting executives or business owners
· Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred (Not Required but a Plus)
· Experience in franchising, commercial services, real estate, or multi-location operations
· Familiarity with SalesForce, accounting platforms, or project management tools
· Experience working in a small business or entrepreneurial environment
Compensation Package
Base Salary
$75,000 annually
