Sales Office Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support inside sales activities and assist in office administration
• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Utilize CRM and ERP systems for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales and/or office administration
• Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems; familiarity with HubSpot or Zoho is a plus
• Highly coachable, eager to learn, and willing to pitch in where needed
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in the Life Science industry is nice to have
