Backed by consistent lead flow and $100K+ in monthly revenue, the company is a well-oiled machine built for reps who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.

The Role:

This is a hybrid Setter/Closer role ideal for someone who thrives in both lead qualification and final negotiations. You'll be working inbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualifying homeowners, booking appointments, and closing deals on residential properties the company intends to purchase directly. The full-cycle sales process is direct and high-trust — typically one to two calls — and successful reps move quickly, consult confidently, and aren't afraid of objection handling.

Our client provides the leads, systems, and structure. You bring the urgency, sales instincts, and real estate interest. This is a high-growth opportunity for anyone looking to build deep experience in wholesale real estate and acquisitions.

Compensation:

• OTE: $90K-$140K and even higher for top performers
• 1099 Commission-Only
• Draw: $5,000/month draw during the first 90 days to support ramp-up

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

• Are based in or near Detroit as this is an in-office role
• Have sales experience — ideally passionate about real estate, wholesaling, or investing
• Are confident, energetic, and excellent communicators on the phone
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling both warm nurturing and sharp-closing sales conversations
• Want to work 2 Saturdays a month because you know those days are money makers (can transfer another day of the week out)
• Want to grow fast in the investment real estate space and work directly with an experienced team
