As we continue to expand our footprint, we seek an accomplished Saftey & Security Engagement Lead to manage enterprise-wide safety and security actions and protect our people, assets, and brand reputation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Safety & Security professional for all safety, security, risk mitigation tasks across G6 Hospitality’s hotels and studios. This leader will plan, implement, and oversee all security and crisis management protocols across G6 Hospitality’s network. The role requires expertise in U.S. laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry, and the ability to foster trusted partnerships with law enforcement agencies at local, state and federal levels.

The individual will play a critical role in proactively identifying threats, mitigating risks, and ensuring safe environments in our hotels, particularly in areas susceptible to crime, prostitution, and human trafficking.

This role is accountable for shaping a proactive safety culture, strengthening brand reputation, and building trusted internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engagement for Safety & Security vertical for USA operations, reporting to US based and senior global leadership
  • Act as primary liaison during security incidents, investigations, or emergencies
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance existing security policies and SOPs across all G6 network properties
  • Drive organisational alignment on crisis management, emergency response, and risk mitigation practices
  • Oversee investigations and respond to law enforcement queries in a time bound manner
  • Support companywide safety and anti-human trafficking training initiatives across 1,400+properties
  • Update the existing training programs for franchise partners as per the evolving requirements and make them scalable
  • Collaborate with local, state, federal agencies, and NGOs to strengthen public trust and security
  • Advance the company’s reputation as a leader in anti-human trafficking awareness and prevention
  • Provide transparent reporting to executive leadership on risk and safety metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Organizational Leadership, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in security, risk management, asset protection, loss prevention (hospitality or retailbackground strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide safety and security programs.
  • Expertise in risk mitigation, fraud investigations, and crisis management.
  • Preferred leadership in anti-human trafficking prevention and training.
  • Strong communication and executive presence; ability to influence at C-suite and Board level.
  • Advanced certifications such as CPTED, CPP, or CFE strongly desired.
