Roofing Foreman – Commercial Projects

Are you an experienced roofer ready to take the lead? Our client, a well-established roofing contractor based in Tampa, is seeking a Roofing Foreman to join their growing team. Specializing in a wide variety of roofing systems — including shingle, metal, TPO, and more — this company handles predominantly commercial roofing projects across the region.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise crews on-site for commercial roofing projects
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems (shingle, metal, TPO, etc.)
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in roofing, with at least 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (shingle, metal, TPO required)
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
