The Role

We are seeking a high-energy Production Manager to lead our front-line operations. This position oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews, focusing on operational excellence, revenue growth, and staff development. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a heavy focus on customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and manage production crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer & Client Satisfaction: Manage the end-to-end experience for customers and insurance clients, providing priority response to new leads.
  • Project Scoping: Develop scopes of work, review estimates, and negotiate project approvals with stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation: Schedule crews, manage equipment/assets, and oversee production expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Documentation: Review job files and ensure all internal/external communication is documented to support the services provided.
  • Safety Leadership: Enforce safe work practices and adherence to risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage production personnel, fostering their continued growth in restoration expertise and leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Previous management experience in restoration, construction, or a high-paced service industry.
  • Logistics & Planning: Proven ability to manage timelines, deliveries, and the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to emergency situations and changing priorities.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for field management.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week).
  • Availability: This role frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evening and weekend work.
  • On-Call: Participation in a 1-in-5 week on-call rotation is required.
  • Physical Requirements: This is a field-heavy management role. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (independently) and 100 lbs (with assistance), climb ladders, and occasionally wear a respirator while working in various jobsite conditions (heat, loud noise, etc.).
