Job Description

• B.S. degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
• Solid knowledge of heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid flow, unit operations
• Good knowledge of food science, food chemistry, ingredient functionality, recipe development
• 1-2 years of research in food processing and engineering and/or 2+ internship experiences in food processing field
• Some knowledge of experimental design and product development.
• Possess strong work ethic and ability to be a self-starter.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
• Strong organization, documentation, and project management skills
• Demonstrated and adapts to change well with the personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self and peer.
• Available to work during regular working hours.
