Compensation and Benefits :

• Base salary of $50,000
• Uncapped commissions, permanent residuals, and bonuses
• Expected earnings: $60,000 in year one, $80,000+ in year two
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401K, holiday, and vacation pay

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit candidates for both contract and permanent positions.
• Support and oversee the performance of contract employees.
• Prospect for new clients and manage client relationships.
• Work collaboratively within a team-based culture to achieve recruiting and business development goals.
