Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and internal customer service skills
• Data gathering and analytical ability
• Process improvement and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use phone/computer regularly
• Fluent in English with sufficient hearing acuity for verbal communication
Responsibilities:
• Review and process document change requests and implement approved change orders
• Update and maintain controlled documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Gather, analyze, and report on data to support quality and operational initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and implement process or procedural improvements
• Participate in and/or lead projects to improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to coordinate activities
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members as needed
• Maintain compliance with quality and document control standards
