Job Description

MAU is hiring a Project Manager for our client in Richmond, VA.

Join MAU in Richmond, VA, and play a pivotal role in accelerating capacity growth within the Gas Value Stream. As a Project Manager , you will lead cross-functional project efforts to ensure the on-time delivery of capital equipment projects. This is a fully onsite, long-term contract position offering exposure to global operations, engineering, and supply chain teams.

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with project management software, preferably Smartsheet
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite

Essential Functions:

  • Lead project management efforts to support on-time delivery of capital projects within the Gas Value Stream
  • Align Fulfillment and Installation workstreams with Global Supply Chain and Engineering
  • Drive cross-functional support for Business Case Approvals, Technical Specification creation, RFQ and PO issuance, and capital equipment delivery
  • Coordinate stakeholders and step owners to ensure timely execution of the Capex Purchasing Process
  • Facilitate and participate in Kaizens and roadmapping to support capacity ramp-up
  • Maintain and update project schedules using Smartsheet
  • Apply design and manufacturing knowledge to enhance qualification processes, reduce costs, and increase value
  • Identify and implement qualification cost-out opportunities
  • Provide regional and occasional global shop support
  • Promote a high-morale, quality-focused work environment
  • Deliver impactful changes that support business goals
