Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-5+ years of experience in construction and project management
  • Minimum of 2 years working for a commercial electrical contractor
  • Experience managing at least one healthcare project as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CM systems, MS Office)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation

Why This Role?

  • Multiple openings with long-term growth potential
  • Strong project pipeline across major Texas markets
  • Exposure to technically complex and meaningful projects
  • Collaborative leadership and team-oriented culture
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
