Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Vehicle Allowance: $14,000 annually

Performance Bonus: 10% of base (target-based)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Project Manager with DOT paving experience to join our Pensacola operations. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to take ownership of high-profile roadway and infrastructure projects while preparing for the next step in their leadership career.

You’ll oversee project execution from bid award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met. You’ll be supported by a capable team and a company that genuinely invests in your development. Our goal is to groom you to become a senior leader responsible for running our Pensacola operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned paving and roadway projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations.
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, and project engineers to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.
• Oversee project documentation, cost control, and change management.
• Maintain strong relationships with DOT representatives and key stakeholders.
• Champion CWR’s culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
