Project Manager

This role is responsible for maintaining the internal order process, scheduling, shipping, and key milestones for FSH Custom products within their assigned territory. The Project Manager works daily with customers via phone or email to answer inquires, follow-up on outstanding quotes, secure product drawing approval, and convey prominent information about purchase orders. This role partners internally with Engineering to initiate product drawings and review drawings for accuracy to customer specification. The Project Manager coordinates cross functionally with sales, engineering, and production to ensure successful completion of food shield order.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates are self-starters, detailed-oriented, and organized. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should have proven agility to learn manufacturing and food service equipment. They must have 2-4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support within a professional office setting. A high school diploma is required and experience working in manufacturing or construction is preferred. The best applicants have experience in identifying problems, evaluating options, and communicating the best solution to external stakeholders.
