Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Print Technician to join our production team and support high-volume label printing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printing equipment and a great familiarity with Metrc and Microsoft Excel . This role requires attention to detail, speed, and consistency in a fast-paced production environment. This role will report to Compliance Coordinator/Sr. Print Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital or thermal label printing equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on printers to minimize downtime
• Use Bartender software to generate and manage label templates
• Track and manage label inventory and printing supplies
• Ensure all printed labels meet quality and compliance standards
• Work within Metrc to ensure accurate product tracking and reporting
• Utilize Excel to record, organize, and report print data and inventory
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Handle high-volume label output (50,000 + labels/day) with precision

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with print production equipment
• Proficiency in Metrc for compliance and tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for daily reporting and inventory tracking
• High attention to detail and ability to spot print errors quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
