POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is for a proactive individual with experience in and a passion for social media and influencer marketing. The PR & Influencer Intern will be accountable for day-to-day holiday campaign execution and will drive the management of paid and influencer programs. Responsibilities include sourcing influencers to add to our program, product seeding, project management, and reporting out on results. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying and engaging influencers, supporting outreach programs, and project management.

This is a Part-Time, Temporary role through December 15th, 2025.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influencer Program: Assist with campaign execution of our paid and affiliate influencer program
• Relationship Management: Research influencers to be a part of our Affiliate program & maintain communication with influencers on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Reporting & Analysis : Responsible for tracking organic mentions and recap monthly reporting, make recommendations and optimizations based on insights
• Influencer + PR Seedings: Coordinate product seeding and mailers
• Campaign Upkeep - Creating links and codes to be sent to talent for tracking purposes, and inputting invoices
• Email Marketing : communicate upcoming product launches, gifting opportunities, promos and more
• Community Management: actively engage with influencer community across organic social channels

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in content creation on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Clear and effective communicator over the phone, through email, and in writing
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated, organized, forward-thinking and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly
• Experience within marketing for a fashion or lifestyle brand, a plus
• Experience with Tribe & Shopify, a plus
• Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Pay Range: $18 per hour
