Title: on Ground Support Specialist - (Aviation/Aerospace/Aircraft)

Location: Cincinnati, OH [Onsite]

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent

In this role, Support Engineer work with a global team to assist Airlines around the world resolve a variety of issues. Support Engineer assist customers with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations required quick responses to return aircraft to revenue service, help resolve issue with parts and tooling support, and help customer interpret aircraft and engine manuals.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical, logistics and Diagnostics support to internal and external customers.
• Provides aircraft on ground (AOG) coverage.
• Strong analysis capabilities to interpret and clarify technical manuals, service bulletins, and repair procedures.
• Resolve tooling and support equipment questions and troubleshoot engine systems.
• Process customer requests for assignment to applicable subject matter experts.
• Provide AOG parts availability and quotations.
• Coordinate with Distribution Centre for AOG parts orders.
• Monitor phone lines and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate teams/departments.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Required: Ability to work independently
• Required: Excellent PC skills, experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, and Excel.
