What You'll Do

As an Account Associate, you’ll work alongside our Account Directors to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive results for our clients. You’ll be immersed in every aspect of the marketing process, ensuring our clients’ success while also honing your own skills in an exciting and fast-growing industry.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Marketing Execution: Collaborate with Account Directors to bring comprehensive marketing strategies to life.
• Content Creation & Social Media:  Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms to amplify client messaging.
• Email Campaigns:  Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including crafting content and managing contact lists.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of conferences, events, and webinars, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Research & Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Marketing Materials:  Assist in creating one pagers, presentations, and other collateral to support client sales efforts.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
• Client Interaction:  Serve as a point of contact for clients as needed, providing support and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.

Who You Are

• A Health Tech Enthusiast:  You have 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in health tech startups or a fast-paced environment.
• Content Marketing Savvy:  You’re comfortable creating compelling content that connects with diverse audiences.
• Highly Organized:  You thrive on structure, time management, and delivering on deadlines without missing a beat.
• Strong Communicator:  You’re clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
• Creative Problem Solver:  You think outside the box to craft innovative marketing strategies that deliver results.
• Detail-Oriented:  You take pride in producing high-quality work with precision.
• Adaptable & Flexible:  You’re ready to shift gears quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

• CRM tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
• Project management platforms like Monday.com.
• Website platforms such as Webflow.
• Collaboration tools like Slack and Figma.
