• Worksite Location: Forest City, IA-Onsite
• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Compensation: $20-25/hr

What you'll do as a Logistics Scheduler:

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer needs, ensuring work orders are properly tracked for production reporting and shop floor control.
• Support inventory management by fulfilling order requirements, coding and processing job tickets, and ordering packaging materials as needed.
• Manage special requests and priorities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Communicate daily plans, coordinate workloads with crew members, and deliver work orders to ensure demand requirements are completed on time.
• Handle rapid response scheduling requirements for assigned product lines and perform additional duties as needed.

What you’ll bring to the Logistics Scheduler role:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional trade or job skills training or apprenticeship preferred.
• 1–2 years of related job experience, ideally in scheduling, logistics, or production support.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on scheduling needs.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and short-term planning skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and scheduling.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
