LMS Extension Front End Expert and Training Process Expert

Your Role in Transforming Training and Development

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to manage and implement our Learning Management System (LMS) Extension front end. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the implementation of digital platforms with a focus on training. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for developing interactive training content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Training Platforms: Lead the implementation of training platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and meet the needs of our diverse user base.
  • Content Development: Build and curate high-quality training content that engages learners and facilitates effective knowledge transfer.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors such as RR Donnelley and others to accelerate interactive content creation and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Operational Insights: Work with the operations team to gather insights and optimize the LMS platform for enhanced user experience.
  • Support Business School Lead: Assist the Business School Lead in various activities, including updating SharePoint and implementing AI solutions for training.
  • Training Material Creation: Develop and design engaging training materials to support the digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in implementing digital training platforms and creating training content.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in LMS platforms, AI solutions for training, and project management tools.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in coordinating with vendors and driving project success.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Project Management, or related field preferred.
