Litigation Associate – Insurance Defense

A highly reputable and nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Boston office , with a primary focus on insurance defense litigation . This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated matters within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of insurance defense cases, including general liability, premises, professional liability, and product liability matters. Experience with insurance coverage is a strong plus but not required. You will manage files, attend court hearings, conduct depositions, and play a key role in trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with an emphasis on insurance defense
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Massachusetts bar admission required; additional state bars a plus
