Job Opportunity: Perm Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide executive leadership for a skilled nursing facility within The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. This full-time, onsite role oversees operational, regulatory, financial, and cultural stewardship of the Bottineau campus.

Position: Nursing Home Administrator – Long Term Care

Location: Bottineau, ND

Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Varied as needed)

Compensation: $41 – $68/hour (Salaried/Exempt)

Bonuses: $10,000 Sign-On (paid at 6 & 12 months) | Relocation Available

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required (Health Care Administration preferred)
Active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of practice
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Long Term Care Administrator
Strong understanding of LTC regulatory compliance, QAPI, infection control, and resident rights
Ability to effectively lead teams, communicate with families, and support a culture of safety and service excellence

Role Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership, operations management, and regulatory compliance for a skilled nursing facility
Ensure quality care delivery, resident rights, safety, and HIPAA compliance
Lead QAPI activities, infection control oversight, and performance improvement initiatives
Foster transparent communication with residents, families, staff, and the medical community
Support financial stewardship, reimbursement awareness, and effective resource management
Supervise staff, oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and workplace engagement
Serve as a spiritual leader aligned with the organization’s faith-based mission
