We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Coordinator to join our Commercial Legal department. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with paralegals and legal professionals on a range of projects within the aviation sector. If you enjoy staying organized, managing critical documents, and supporting high-impact legal operations, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, manage, and distribute aircraft delivery and loan documentation.
• Coordinate international aircraft approvals and handle aircraft registrations, including N-number reservations and renewals.
• Oversee business and liquor license renewals.
• Support records management initiatives and serve as the point of contact for external storage providers.
• Assist with patent, trademark, and bankruptcy tracking work.
• Monitor and process UCC filings and garnishments.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites (Legal and RIM forms).
• Reconcile P-Card transactions for the Legal team.
• Provide backup for International Registry filings.
• Partner with paralegals to support tools, licenses, and overall department efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Coordinator, Paralegal, or Contracts Administrator (aviation, aerospace, or corporate legal experience a plus).
• Solid understanding of legal documentation processes (registrations, licensing, filings, loan documents).
• Experience with records management platforms and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
