Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Corporate Attorney and Executive Leadership Team . This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations across legal and corporate functions and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization as it expands into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for the Corporate Attorney and multiple Vice Presidents.
Review, upload, and execute legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, charts, and other materials.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
Manage calendars, schedules, and confidential records for assigned personnel.
Maintain filing systems and handle incoming/outgoing mail for the department.
Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, printing, and mail distribution.
Create purchase requisitions and process goods/services receipts in SAP.
Provide general administrative support and backup coverage as needed.
Associate's degree and a minimum of five years of administrative experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience supporting a legal department or corporate attorney is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Onsite during initial training period (approximately 2 weeks)
Hybrid schedule thereafter: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
