This role is for an Interventional Radiology Nurse responsible for providing skilled nursing care within an interventional radiology setting. The position requires proficiency in IV starts and involves potential for floating between facilities. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with specific requirements regarding required time off (RTO).

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care in an interventional radiology setting.
- Administering medications and treatments.
- Performing IV starts.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and condition.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Floating to other facilities as needed.
- Adhering to RTO policy.
- Wearing lead shielding as required.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
- Proficiency in IV starts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of two years of hospital experience (preferred).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Special Considerations:
- Mandatory floating to COOK facility.
- RTO policy: Maximum 5 days, no more than 2 consecutive, no RTO the day before or after a holiday, no weekend RTO, no holiday RTO.
- Requires wearing lead shielding.
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm schedule.
