Job Summary

This position plays a key role in supporting Better being Co. International sales efforts. Sales are limited or restricted by country until product registrations are finalized. This includes the registration of products across all markets outside of the United States of America.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Regulatory, Legal, and Product Development teams to ensure the creation of globally compliant product formulas that align with international market requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between International Sales and Brand teams to align market priorities with new product development and reformulation needs.
  • Partner with Brand teams early in the development cycle to fast-track priority projects and facilitate international readiness from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate product localization efforts—including custom formulations, labels, marketing assets, and claims—to ensure alignment with consumer trends and country-specific regulations.
  • Manage registration timelines, track progress across all markets, and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely execution and global market access.
  • Maintain robust tracking tools and project management dashboards to provide visibility on status, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and organize documents needed for international registration, adapting formats to meet varying country requirements in partnership with local consultants.
  • Prepare regular updates on project status, key metrics, and risks to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee and document re-formulation efforts in collaboration with Product Development when adjustments are required for market entry.
  • Support international label development by working with Graphics, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal to meet regulatory and branding standards.

Additional Responsibilities

  • This position may require limited international travel of approximately 10% to 20%.
  • Work effectively with other departments.
  • Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a product management, regulatory, or international business role; global experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex scenarios where standard procedures may not apply.
  • Comfortable interpreting and applying diverse formats of guidance, including written documentation, visual workflows, oral instructions, and project schedules.
  • Skilled in reviewing and interpreting government regulations, technical documentation, industry publications, and professional resources relevant to global product registration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and responding to inquiries from international regulatory authorities, customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong numerical literacy with the ability to calculate and interpret discounts, margins, percentages, and ingredient specifications as they appear on product documentation and labeling.
