Beacon Hill Legal is working with a well-established litigation firm with a strong presence in Philadelphia seeking a litigation associate to join its busy practice. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of experience with insurance defense litigation, personal injury defense, auto, property liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts, and/or asbestos litigation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with depositions, hearings, motion practice, and all phases of discovery. Candidates with a background in Auto Liability , Premises Liability , Medical Malpractice , Toxic Tort , and/or Asbestos litigation are strongly encouraged to apply.
