Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and profitability targets.

• Develop new business by promoting products to target industries (e.g., candle, coatings, packaging, poultry, dental).

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, generate quotes, and process orders.

• Work with Territory Managers and Product Managers to provide technical recommendations and application support.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP and CRM systems.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

• Support marketing initiatives and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.

• Follow company procedures (ISO 9001, safety, quality policies) and ensure compliance.

• Provide accurate documentation for shipments, pricing, and invoicing.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems preferred.

• Spanish fluency highly desirable.

• Technical experience in wax, foundry, or investment casting industries is a plus.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform data entry (6+ hours/day).

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to perform basic math and read/write in English.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
