Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and system longevity.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and performance data to assess and meet HVAC system requirements.
Work closely with the service team to provide seamless client communication and coordination, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
Educate clients on system maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and energy-saving best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Stay current with the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and industry best practices to ensure top-tier service.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and industry protocols, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
Must hold an EPA Universal Certification.
Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale commercial HVAC systems, tools, and industry standards.
Ability to accurately interpret technical data, blueprints, and schematics.
Proven record of local and stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Must be local to San Diego, CA, or willing to relocate.
