Job Description

We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a high-performing HR function in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction across all HR-related functions including employee relations, talent management, and policy compliance
  • Guide, develop, and coach both HR professionals and operational leadership to foster a collaborative and performance-driven workplace
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, organizational capability, and operational alignment
  • Administer and continuously improve training programs, performance evaluations, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and continuously monitor key HR metrics
  • Oversees the design and execution of compensation and performance management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compliance, equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Leads the succession planning and talent acquisition efforts for all employee levels, cultivating a robust internal talent pipeline and ensuring organizational readiness.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years progressive HR experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in an HR leadership role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and conflict resolution,
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
