Director of Human Resources Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
• Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR policies.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and utilize data for reporting and decision-making.
• Lead internal/external audits and manage regulatory documentation and reports.

Director of Human Resources Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification(s) preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on compliance and policy infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, or similar industry a plus.
