🔍 Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed real estate professionals with at least 2 years of commercial leasing experience.
• Proven track record negotiating leases for tenants in medical/dental, food & beverage, and experiential retail sectors.
• Self-motivated, sales-oriented individuals eager to work in a dynamic, commission-based environment.
• Strong communicators and team players with excellent organizational and technology skills.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage tenants through strategic canvassing and market research.
• Execute targeted marketing strategies guided by Nate Mallon, our Managing Partner.
• Generate tenant interest, coordinate property tours, and produce Letters of Intent (LOIs).
• Cultivate relationships with tenants, understanding their requirements, and proactively identifying suitable locations.
• Diligently manage leads within our CRM to move prospects efficiently through the sales pipeline.
• Provide support in client reporting, property evaluations, and market analyses.
• Conduct neighborhood canvassing to maintain in-depth knowledge of local retail corridors, pricing, and available spaces.
