Global Sourcing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Global Sourcing Coordinator who can keep our supply chain running smoothly from order to delivery. In this role, you’ll manage purchase orders, track production schedules, and coordinate with vendors across the globe to ensure our products arrive on time and budget. You’ll work closely with our logistics, shipping, and procurement teams to maintain accurate costing, streamline communications, and hit key deadlines—helping us bring beautiful, effective self-care products to customers everywhere.

To thrive/succeed as the Global Sourcing Coordinator, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing, purchasing, or supplier coordination experience, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with domestic and international suppliers.
• Experience working with overseas vendors, with familiarity in time zones, cultural differences, and basic shipping documentation/Incoterms.

Your responsibilities as the Global Sourcing Coordinator will include:

• Manage purchase orders for components, finished goods, and raw materials, tracking production schedules to ensure suppliers meet deadlines.
• Maintain vendor relationships by confirming order details, timelines, and product specifications, and coordinating samples, approvals, and product changes.
• Track and analyze costs by maintaining up-to-date vendor quotes, lead times, and data to support negotiations and cost analysis.
• Oversee shipment coordination with logistics and shipping teams, confirming documentation, delivery timelines, and resolving delays.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Sales, and Planning to align product launches, forecasts, and inventory needs.
