Executive Assistant – Creative / Art / Design Industry

📍 Irvine, CA (Onsite 5 days) | 💰 $80K–$130K DOE

A global creative studio with projects spanning fashion, art, and design is seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is ideal for someone with a refined eye for aesthetics, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments within the creative world.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage executive scheduling, communications, and travel across multiple time zones
• Coordinate ongoing creative projects, events, and partnerships
• Serve as liaison between the CEO and key partners across design, art, and media
• Occasionally travel for events or on-site project coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or managing projects within fashion, art, or creative industries
• Confident managing complex personalities and maintaining discretion
• Highly organized with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong cultural awareness and professionalism (familiarity with East Asian business etiquette a plus)
• Bilingual in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese are a significant plus
